松下蓄电池用于直流屏系统技术要求:
1)充电装置可自动运行于松下蓄电池浮充/均充状态,稳压限流浮充,衡流限压充电均衡充电;
2)过流、限流和短路保护及报警指示,包括充电装置交流输入回路采用自动空气开关作为一般短路和过载保护;
3)缺相、过压、欠压等保护松下蓄电池功能;
4)当交流失电再恢复供电时,具有自动软启动运行的功能,并能自动完成对电池组的补充充电;
5)装置应具有手动操作面板,包括各种开关、按钮、信号灯等,运行维护人员通过操作面板完成各种基本操作;
6)装置应具有直流母线电压自动跟踪功能和自动调压功能,当母线电压越限时自动报警并发信号;
7)设备的各种运行状态应在现地指示,设备出现故障时自动报警(包括蓄电池熔断器报警),运行状态和故障信号应用空接点输入电站的计算机监控系统;
8)装置应通过RS-485接口与电站计算机监控系统公用LCU进行通信,将直流系统的实时运行参数传送给电站计算机监控系统。
9)应满足稳压精度优于0.5%、稳流精度优于1%、输出电压文波系数不大于0.5%。
直流馈线柜
卖方应提供2面直流馈电柜,每面柜配置应至少满足:
a)24个输出回路,每个输出回路均应采用适合于直流系统的低压断路器, 本系统选用三段式直流开关,其中2个75A,16个20A,6个25A;每个直流开关跳闸后应有报警接点输出。
b)柜上应有模拟接线,每个回路均带供电指示灯,能在柜上显示各输出支路带电情况;
c)柜内应安装直流电压变送器,输出4~20mA标准信号。
Panasonic battery for DC panel system technical requirements:
1) Charging device can automatically run in Panasonic battery floating chargingarging state, stable voltage current limiting floating charging, balanced current voltage limiting charging balanced charging;
2) Overcurrent, current limit and short circuit protection and alarm indication, including the AC input circuit of the charging device using automatic air switch as general short circuit and overload protection;
3) phase loss, over voltage, under voltage and other protection Panasonic battery function;
4) When the AC power is lost and the power is restored, it has the function of automatic soft start operation, and can automatically complete the supplementary charging of the battery pack;
5) The device shall be equipped with manual operation panel, including various switches, buttons, signal lights, etc., through which operation and maintenance personnel can complete various basic operations;
6) The device shall have automatic tracking function of DC bus voltage and automatic voltage regulation function, and automatically alarm and concurrency signal when the bus voltage exceeds the limit;
7) Various operating states of the equipment shall be indicated on the spot, and automatic alarm (including battery fuse alarm) shall be given when the equipment fails. The operating states and fault signals shall be input into the computer monitoring system of the power station through empty contacts;
8) The device shall communicate with the common LCU of the power station computer monitoring system through the RS-485 interface, and transmit the real-time operation parameters of the DC system to the power station computer monitoring system.
9) The voltage stabilization accuracy is better than 0.5%, the current stabilization accuracy is better than 1%, and the output voltage wave coefficient is not more than 0.5%.
