First, the panasonic battery is charged
Properly connect the charger and panasonic battery, the positive end of the battery is connected to the positive end of the power supply, the negative end of the battery is connected to the negative end of the power supply, and charge according to the specified initial charging current.
The charging process is usually divided into two stages. The charging current of the first stage is about 1/14 ~ 1/16 of the rated capacity of C20, which is charged into the electrolyte to release bubbles, and the terminal voltage of the single-cell battery reaches 2.4 v.The current is then reduced by half and transferred to the second stage of charging until the electrolyte bubbles violently. The density and voltage remain stable for 2-3 hours continuously. The total charging time is about 60 ~ 70 hours.
Second, panasonic battery to adjust the electrolyte density and liquid level height
In the initial charge, due to the electrolysis of water, the liquid level of the electrolyte decreases, the density will also change, charged battery, must immediately adjust the density and liquid level of the electrolyte. When the density is higher than the specified value, a portion of electrolyte should be taken out appropriately and an appropriate amount of distilled water should be added.Instead, take out part of the electrolyte and add density 1.40 electrolyte (it is strictly forbidden to add concentrated sulfuric acid directly into the battery to adjust the density), and make the liquid level reach the specified value, and then charge for 30 minutes. If you still do not meet the requirements, repeatedly adjust a few times, until the adjustment so far.
Third, panasonic battery infusion electrolyte
According to the factory instructions of panasonic battery, match the appropriate density of electrolyte, and then into the battery, with 0 ~ 3v dc voltmeter to check each single battery has no reverse pole phenomenon.
